Setting the Framework
Every story starts somewhere. Ours began in 1987 when a young Rick Faber founded Faber Construction alongside his wife, Debbie. They humbly began by building barns. From here, they established a company grounded in family values, unwavering work ethic, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Growth Guided by Purpose
Over the years, we’ve remained dedicated to putting our clients, employees, and community first. Through this devotion, we’ve become a full-service construction company with a talented team, an extensive project portfolio, and a reputation for unparalleled service. In partnership with our clients, we’ll continue to build structures and relationships that last.
From a Forklift to a Fleet
While the foundation of Faber Construction remains the same, a lot has been built upon it since 1987. We’ve gone from two people to over 150. We started with a single International forklift, and now we have a whole fleet of equipment. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re truly grateful for the experiences that have shaped who we are today.
