Kulshan Middle School Addition - Expanding Possibilities

This 5,237 SF wood framed addition for Bellingham Public Schools includes 4 brand new and stunning classrooms that showcase a plethora of natural light and modern finishes. The interior work also includes a common break room area and single occupant restroom. Interior tenant improvements included new sinks and casework in the entryway of the school.

Exterior improvements were made to match the existing building and included the installation of a retaining wall, a new mechanical pad on the roof, replacing the existing exterior door with a new window, and ADA compliant ramp.
