Crafting Homes Away From Home

With a robust agriculture industry that relies heavily on seasonal workers, Burlington needed additional housing. The Skagit Seasonal Farmworker Housing project consisted of building a complex with five new buildings. These included three multi-family townhouse buildings, a community center, and a laundry building.

We also performed extensive landscaping work and constructed an outdoor playground to meet the needs of families and create a connected community for all seasonal employees.
