The Cedar Ave Apartments project consisted of site work and the construction of this 3-story, 26-unit apartment building and parking lot for the Housing Authority of Snohomish County. Each unit has a kitchen, living space, bathroom, laundry, and one or two bedrooms. Beside the building is a courtyard with picnic tables and a grass yard for the residents to enjoy.
