The Lake Whatcom Treatment Centers' Maplewood project converted Bellingham's Masonic Temple into a 16-unit residential treatment facility complete with a commercial kitchen, nurses station, wireless access controls and second floor offices and a large conference room. The exterior features a stucco facade with stone wainscot, a fenced courtyard, bike racks, a backup power generator and a second floor deck. Included in the conversion was a 540 SF addition to the ground floor and an added 2,964 SF second floor.
